Mr. Chris Li

7th Grade Social Studies

As we get closer to going back to school I wanted to challenge us all to think about history and why it is portrayed the way it is. We are going to be talking about Vikings for the July portion of summer school! First we are going to discuss what Vikings are portrayed as in movies, books, classes, etc. and then break down the actual historical facts about Vikings that we know. It will be interesting to see what you believe you knew about Vikings before you started this class and what you now know about Vikings at the end of the class. My hope is that this will have you all start questioning the things we hear, see, read, etc. around us and how we can work to locating the facts.
