After School Activity Clubs

After-school activity clubs meet from 3:45 – 4:45 p.m once weekly for 8 weeks. We offer three sessions, fall, winter, and spring.

The fall session will begin in October

The spring session will begin in March

Registration will open three weeks prior to the start of each session. The fee for participation is $50 a child per class. Classes that have been offered in the past include arts and crafts, hip hop dance, first LEGO league, digital music production, sketch art, intramural sports, and volleyball. Please email the Director of Student Services, Timiya Jackson, with questions.


Cub Scouts

Cub Scout Pack 501 meets at HPA on most Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. The Cub Scout program is aimed at boys in 1st – 5th grade and is a fun, educational, and positive way for boys to enjoy safe and wholesome activities. Cub Scouts’ focus is on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service. For more information, please e-mail

Girl Scouts


Girl Scouting is about belonging to a big sisterhood. It’s about leadership, family involvement, skill-building, celebrating traditions, and taking action to make the world a better place. Girl Scouting is girl-led, and we learn by doing.
